Thanks for awesome AnimBot Guide. One of my favorites tools in AnimBot are different types of motion trail and especially - Dashed / Spacing Temperature - Witch allows you to visually see spacing and that can be useful for some beginners.

Bro if you could do a step by step character animation, those few hours of work will be able to help hundreds / thousands of people for 1 days work and the overall 3d community will be even larger, thanks for your hard work!

Anim recovery has never worked on my files. I don't understand why, but every time I use it it just open the file and everything is back at the center of my scene (rigs, props...).
hi, thank you for video. but I have a problem. when I copy keys with animbot and paste keys, Animbot also pastes keys to the Joints. But the way joints are hidden. This causes a problem such as rotation joint. My character is loaded as a reference in maya. Do you know how to cancel to paste on joints. thanks
How do you change the size of the Animbot workspace? I'm a bit tired of fumbling with dragging the ribbon around, so I was hoping to just change the size of it to two rows.

Hello, I'm an animator from China. Will your plug-in update the Chinese version? Many animators in China are looking forward to your plug-in. Unfortunately, most of our English is not good and it is difficult to use. If we have Chinese, we will be very happy to buy it
Good question! I think technically, the most stable way of doing that would be to open your mouse's software where you get to map the buttons, set it to some obscure button, or like F13 or something that doesn't normally exist on most keyboards, then in animBot or Maya set the function to that obscure key, so that the mouse can trigger the action.
@@SirWade Thank you for your reply sir! Yea that's a good way around, thank you! In my case I can't do that coz I'm working on Linux and the mouse software doesn't support it -.-. They should make it doable within the maya software =)
Does anybody happen to know exactly how to get the other sliders onto the toolbar? for example I want to slide around the noise wave, but I dont know how to get the slider on the bottom.
Nudge is one of the things I didn't cover because I don't really use it, but yeah it shifts selected keys fwd and back in time to retime them :) I recommend the Pro license. You get the updates, new features, and bug fixes at the cost of two Starbucks drinks a month. If you really need to stretch your budget, there's the Eco version, but I'm not sure what features weren't made yet in the last bundled release.
yea so my maya crashed and when i started the app again the animbot recovery freezes maya and im stuck seeing the menu for animbot but nothing is clickable. pls help.

I just wondered why he said 4hours, when the time its more like 2hrs. He did says filming for 4hrs, maybe he meant filming and editing :)

I very much agree with his advise. Its good to know how to work around scripts than being too dependent on them especially starting out.

I have the same issue. My only work around is to replug the key code in everytime I open maya and it says expired. Hopefully that helps.

Clearing Maya prefs, then reinstalling animbot clean maybe and updating? I think they have support tickets too
