Validation is irrelevant if you are secure enough in your friendships and marriage to be willing to consider the opinions of those who care, or who your paying to care about your well being. Are you secure enough to consider that seeking therapy is the exact situation I’m describing? Or are you seeking outside validation?

"Agape" is charity, fondness, pity to the down trodden. "Eros" is romantic love, infatuation, idealizing another, possibly 'parataxic distortion'. I believe there's at least one other word.
