    The louder the whine of a blower the better! Run a cog set up on it & it will sound like a jet going by at high speeds....👍🏻🏁

    Nice 4v bro. Proud owner of a 97 Cobra. Kept my Teskid block, forged crank, had MMR build it with forged rods and pistons, and went to 04 C heads with B upper manifold adapter. Currently have a 76mm turbo but thinking about a SC switch

      Quick question. I’m thinking about throwing some Manley rods snd diamond pistons in my 97 pro charged cobra. Parts quote is 2600. What should I expect the labor to be? Ballpark figure ofc

      Go with a gen3r for a terminator you should be able to use it with those heads just need a terminator lower Mani or department of boost one if they make one for them not sure.

      @midnight347 Před 3 měsíci

      @@petrolhead8851it isn't always about being faster. Turbos aren't always faster it depends. Assuming they're sized the same for the engine the turbo will make more power at any given boost level but saying faster as if turbos are always faster than superchargers is misleading. Like a small ass turbo can smoke a badass blower like a gen3r. I don't think so lol. Blowers these days have gotten pretty efficient so the turbos advantage isn't as much as it once was. They will still make more power per psi assuming they're sized the same but I'm just saying it's not this world of difference the way people make it out. For a straight race car turbo is great for a street car a good blower is a better setup many times. I like turbos but they aren't always the answer for everyone.

    After my procharger install in the summer it will def need help with cooling. Car would get hot especially with the AC. I fixed my issue by running a 170* reische racing tstat. Mishimoto 3 core radiator and changed the high/slow fan speed settings on sct. Helped alot. Only thing I havent changed is the stock fans.

      My 750 wheel 07 gt500 never tops 206 even in traffic in heat with ac on lucky for me it was a stock boosted car so the cooling system was designed for that so that helps. I have blower cooling upgrades but engine cooling is stock.

      Prob not much I bet it is under 2500 rpm. My old 97 cobra with a .67 od would ride 2700 at 70 the Mach has a .62 od it would likely be under 2500 rpm...these cars love to Rev stop worrying about highway rpm and just do it. 410 minimum even boosted. If you're na 456
