Welcome to another episode in this multi part series where we experience what it was like back in the day when step entrance buses were still in use by featuring a bus from the old days whether it be in preservation or still in use with an independent company. Part 65 takes us for a ride on KYV781X.
This year saw the return of the annual Cumbria Easter Rally at Kirkby Stephen and after a thoroughly enjoyable visit last year I had to make a return for this years event, a nice surprise at the event was this London Transport MCW Metrobus which is based at the Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust, this is M781/KYV781X and it's recorded sounding pretty lovely on a run from Brough to Kirkby Stephen.
