Looks great Pete! I’ve got a question for ya...I’ve got what i think is annual rye grass is my tall fescue yard is some small patches. It’s neon green and continues to come back year after year even though it’s an annual (neon green colored rye grass is the annual cultivar correct?). What can I do to kill it without harming the fescue?

Would imagine it would be by the job, because he has to charge labor and wear and tear on the equipment, not to mention he has to take in account for gas needed for the project
