Very interesting, alot of these fine details need to be individually explored some more as they pertain to Everton, Nottingham Forest, Chelsea and Manchester City. Same for the rules and regulations (similarities, differences, agents' or third party fees, selling tranferable assests within the group) in the EFL, PL, UEFA/FIFA.

Everyone is wising up to the increasing likelihood that the Prem 100% fumbled the City charges in desperation to stave off government oversight and didn't REALLY have the case against City (and all the third-parties implicated in the City charges) which they could sufficiently prove. The Prem over-extended, City may still be held to account in some way, but nothing close to the scale of the initial charges.

Who needs anyone coming in, investing in clubs without indebting the outfit till they have to go bankrupt, vastly improving run down working class areas, building great stadia and encouraging all clubs from top to bottom to play decent football, passing out of defence and trapping the ball correctly.
