when you speak about thinking about food all the time it is referred to as "food noise". The new weight loss drugs do a terrific job of eliminating those thoughts .I really think you should think you should consider talking to your Doc about.It was also control your BS better.Just my 2 cents.
I understand you wanting to go back to Kuwait. I was kinda hoping you’d get weight loss surgery in Canada and return after. It’s just so needed at this point. Only have 1 life to live.
I know you say Canada is not for you anymore but you just seem more happy or something is different. You have the freedom to drive around and get out and not sit in an apartment all day.

I remember going to play bingo with some older ladies. There was this gal in her 80's there, and she was wearing slippers. The ladies at my table all commented about them and were so nasty about it. I thought to myself how funny it was that the ladies at my table thought that lady cared one bit about what they thought about her slippers. She was comfortable and no doubt just happy to still be able to get out and play bingo. I also observed how that lady interacted with others. She was enjoying herself rather than sitting at a table and looking down on others. Those that watch a video only to criticize or make content being nasty or mean to others truly do live awful lives. The ladies at my table were all miserable in their own lives, so they spent their lives judging everyone. I'd rather spend my days being happy and fulfilled. I never watch content from creators I don't like, and I never make nasty comments to judge others. Also, I couldn't care less what other people think of me. I live morally and righteously as best I can and simply have no interest to belittle others to make myself better. My point is be happy, make happy content, and don't give a spit about the complainers, whiners or people that just want to judge you.

My friend just told me a story about how she went out for drinks and dancing with a group of associates. Two of them on two separate occasions told her she “danced like a white girl” and actually made her cry. My friend was just trying to enjoy her night and dance her cares away. People are so incredibly miserable it’s ridiculous. People need to worry about themselves more and less about being so senselessly judgmental or cruel. We all judge people, it’s natural… but keep it in your mind and try to shift to more positive ways of being.
Love those country rides. Grew up in Ontario and we always took country drives. Especially beautiful in the Haliburton area. So many trees and lakes. GREAT video.🎶🎶💫

Never had cheese curds but they look good unfortunately it would probably make my stomach hurt but I’m in the Northern California area and never seen cheese curds! When you spend up the music, ( I was working out while watching) I sprinted while it was sped up so it was a little challenge thank you! Now going to go enjoy a nice iced tea and something healthy to eat in the beautiful weather! Happy Saturday!
