If you’ve tried multiple time from all the ways to get into a banking job, and you don’t have any luck remaining.
And you actually want to make career in banking only, then definitely you should go for it. But make sure to keep in mind that you will have to work for a sales profile also.
I only suggest these programs, when they don’t have any option remaining.

ABYB program se jo designation milega wo different hoga..
Jaise ki it may be sales and/or operations.
Ye designations actually me grades hote h… and this is applicable and same across the bank employees of different departments.
For example: DM in Technical Support, DM in Sales, DM in Operations, etc.

and what is elevator pitch round?
I don’t know the exact breakup, but according to my survey, it will be around 60%-70% as fixed component.
And In Elevator pitch round, you need to give an interview based on the recording the response in a real time basis.
It will be like recorded virtual interview. Where questions will appear in your display and you have to record your answers.

To be honest, I really don’t know about the program, whether it is good or bad. But it would be good, as non of the banks are providing such training sessions. And Axis Bank is hiring people from different backgrounds as well.
You must try this if you’re keen to get into Axis Bank.
On the other hand, I got hired directly from the Bank.

It totally depends on the vacancy, either someone can refer you in that particular district’s branch or you have to apply online.
But through online, you may get posted to different city, and after 1 year of service you can request for transfer to your home district branch.

Dekho Manpreet, ICICI PO program DM k post k lye hi hoti h.
But 3 things someone needs to look first.
1st: The program fees is high and you need to take loan for it, jo aapki salary se kategi over 5 years.
2nd: DM ki post me aapko sales profile hi milegi, which is not easy to do.
3rd: If you’re a fresher, then you may not be able to connect to your job role.
But still this is a good opportunity but not the best way to enter into banking.
