Video is spot on. The new Florida law that requires Condo's to have the required reserves and high rise buildings to have Engineering inspections at 30 yrs to make sure that they are structurally sound is driving condo fees higher. Another problem with condo's is the insurance costs to the building. So many insurance companies left the Market, the ones that are left can charge what they want.

I live in the Fort Lauderdale area, the traffic this time of year is awful. Out elected officials have done very little to address the growing population and improve the infrastructure.
I'm not sure what can be done about the growing population but I agree, the traffic is getting crazy and it seems like tourist season year round. Thanks for the comment and for watching.
All year it is crazy. Finally moved away 4 yrs ago. There is no more season imho.

grew up between Jersey & New York and moved here from LA.. lemme tell you worst place Ive ever driven 😅 and Ive been to alot of places.. and the auto insurance rates echo that 😂 😑
