I think it’s sweet to know that there are some stepparents out there that treat their stepchildren like their own to the point that they call them mom or dad

My neighbors daughter skips into her stepmoms arms every weekend and the child screams like a banshee when the mom comes for her on sunday evenings. I didn't pay this much attention until I heard the biggest argument from my back window. The stepmom was yelling that they couldn't continue to leave her with the mom and the dad was shrieking that he couldn't do anything about what the judge said. They have her now and you hardly see the stepmom without her tail.
You DO know that this is scripted, that you're not "knowing" anything from this, but yes, there are good step-parents out there.
@@oprahwilliams8752 blood doesn’t make a family. Love does. I do agree though, it always warms my heart to see a “step parent” not seeing themselves as such, but just a parent. Same goes with adopted parents. Every family is unique. Makes me teary eyed ❤️

As long as they did it of their own free will, then yes. A lot of times kids don't want to do that (the deceased or divorced Mom feels like the only Mom), and that should be fine, too.

This is why the show was such a hit just Perfect Chemistry they all are great actors and actresses.. why this show ended is beyond me.. Fran should have demanded a rewrite of the show and it would have lasted many more years with Maggie having her and her hubby and children grow up in the house and Fran would have been the nanny to the new children
Fran and Max had the twins to raise, Maggie's husband was a model who was leaving to go overseas.
Coz fran is not the nanny anymore.. and eversince they got married and the kids already grown up so..
They didn't want to out fran and max together they wanted to leave it with the sexual chemistry not dealt with. But they were told they either get frsn and max married andnthey will see how it goes and give them another year. If they don't want to marry them they will cancel it right away. They think as soon as fran and max got together the sexual desire was met so the fans tuned out because they didn't think there was anywhere else for them to go. Shes thinking a reboot with a whole new nanny which she will probably make sure fran and max don't.get together they just leave the sexual energy going. I also read another interview where 1 suggested if they didna revival they would wipe out the whole of the last season mainly because them being asked to out Nikes and Cc together aswell didn't make sense. She said a revival couldn't be picked up from.where they left off and now fran and max are married they can't do the same storylines it would.need to be brought 20 years into the future which would be a good thing because it gives them different things to play with. But it would have to be a really good script to let it be a revival with the original cast and not just because she's offered a lot of money it would have to make sense. Then I heard an Interview with a friend of frans and she said fran is getting everyone together and getting some.scriots written up to pitch to the network. I hope the musical gives her enough scope to do it how she wanted so that the TV one can be the revival. She was asked what has been doing over these past 20 years and she said with the Sheffield name she's probably working with a lot of charities and organisations like her. They could give fran and max grandkids that live with them with Maggie and fran isbthe nanny for the grandkids because it does happen. Or shes opened like a nanny daycare then she can still be a nanny and married to max. It's the revival with the og cast I would prefer. I don't care if they erase season 6 and Nikes and Cc never got together along as they keep fran and maxwell married
All shows eventually end. Better to end on a high note as opposed to like The Big Bang Theory, which was a zombie show the last 5 seasons.
Considering Frans twins would be twenty two now, a cool reboot would be Fran’s daughter Eve become a Nanny. Maybe she’s an aspiring actress and even uses her Mom’s maiden name so she could still be called “Miss Fine!”

The in-joke with the spy music and trenchcoat is that Charles S. looked so much like Pierce Brosnan, he was constantly suspected in the media of being picked to be the next James Bond, but it didn't happen.
And in Days of our lives, he was some sort of spy or something. I think he worked for the NSA or something similar.

I don't know why they all used the same bathroom if that house is huge, but I guess it was for the episode's comedy
Well, it makes sense even if it's not for comedy purposes. During most of the show, when the action is at the Sheffield home, they're almost exclusively downstairs, so it makes sense for them to make use of that bathroom.
It's so they can save money and not have to make more sets. It's the reason why a lot of shows like this use the same rooms over and over no matter how big the building is.
