Why not just buy an Android phone instead? This doesn't end the war because the beauty of iPhone is iOS (the software) and the beauty of Android is the software. The good thing to do is to buy an iPhone and buy a cheap Android phone (like $70) get a cheap case for both of them, put Velcro on both of the cases, put the cases on the phone, and stick them together. Now you have Android on one side and iOS on one side. Problem solved.

The only two reasons I can imagine wanting to run Android on an iPhone via a case is to completely hide information. Such as if you're a foreign traveler up to no good, knowing that the customs can demand you to hand over your phone and search your phone.. you can do all your shady doings on the android case, then slip the case off before heading to customs. To them the case in your luggage will just appear to be just that, a case.. or a battery extender or accessory of some sort.
The fact too that it has it's own storage.. It can serve to store hidden photos, address book, etc, and other things you don't want on your iPhone's memory (porn, illegal activities, etc.), will be good for this sort of shady/secret activity..
Also which I'd imagine can be great for if you have a secret 2nd life or an overly jealous girlfriend who's constantly browsing through your phone's photos, text messages, and history and you don't want her to find the photos, text messages, etc, with your side hoe.

With the technology that's coming out nowadays it wouldn't surprise me if they made a case that would make it able to run the older IOS6 or even any older softwares that you want to run on it and that you would be able to go back to whatever software you want to but you have to buy the compatible version of that software of course in terms of the case It would be pretty cool to run IOS6 on an IOS16 device
