My grandma and grandfather were hindu refugees from palandri (POK now).
My granny told me she had to step on dead bodies to come here … their villages were attacked and burned and they were given choice to convert or to die eventually they left everything behind. Those blood shed stories still give me chills and it’s still ongoing in Pakistan. Sadly they are no more.. Pakistan and it’s people must learn to tolerate and respect other faiths.
