    That's a lot of time on feet across the week. I like your 7-2 split. It'll be interesting to see how these play out. Will these line up with your nights or arvos?

      The 2 days off training will be on my day shifts for work. Last year I usually felt like I was forcing the training on those days, so hopefully this makes that better
