Looks like they just put someone in the operators seat and told them to run it. At that rate it'll be a week before the hopper is cleaned out.

What a horrible design. It is way too deep for effective cleaning. The designer must have thought deeper was better so more more trucks can dump, but obviously from watching 10 seconds of this, the depth should be no more than 20'. They can easily dig down the dump road to fix it.
Who is shouting??? And why??
