    Instead of bucket touching strait to the hopper wall, you should install a scrapper plate to the bucket with springs between bucket and the scapper plate.
    This way the hopper wall will not be damaged because the springs will work as buffer .

    Just wondering instead of using the excavator if you just take the boom and mount it on a track above the hopper with not sure if correct term. But the claw the use to pick up trees. It's flat so you won't damage the plates as you slide the paydirt off the sides. Pluss added effect if you get a bolder jam you can just grab it with the claw and slide it in to the crusher

      @superdonster77 Před rokem

      there is a crane track or something above this that holds the big question mark looking thing for moving stuck boulders, some sort of flat attachment for that would work better than this

      @@superdonster77 yeah that's why i was thinking something that could also grab if by chance the boulder was to big then up out broke then back in

    Never understood why the hopper didn't have vibrators fitted on the underside.. running them whilst unloading would have virtually eliminated this sort of fines build up. And its' a standard excavator - certainly not a long reach one..

    He must get paid by the hour 😂😂, he would see better if he had his tracks parallel with the edge of the hopper, it's relatively loose dirt so he won't topple in

    Looks like a standard excavator not an extended stick out anything

    This build up would be prevented if they didn't use the misting spray. Job security i guess

      either that or use heaps more water. Wash the hopper down when build up starts.
