  • @buyamerican3191
    @buyamerican3191 Před 2 lety +5

    What on earth were they trying to accomplish with that hook? They would have better luck pushing a chain!

  • @loiswallace3334
    @loiswallace3334 Před 2 lety +16

    What a performance!!!
    As mentioned by others, if must use a crane, make sure cables are "locked" onto the crane hook to prevent accidental slipping off of the cables and associated equipment!
    Perhaps a screen should (have been) built across the crusher entry to catch oversize rocks/boulders!? This would most likely have prevented this situation of an "oversize" or "odd shaped" boulder being jammed at the crusher entry in the first place.
    And maybe add a remote jack hammer mounted on an extensible hydraulic arm to enable breaking up large boulders/rocks at the entry to the crusher that may be caught up or jammed. This would speed up clearing any obstructions very quickly and minimize downtime!

    • @AndreasDelleske
      @AndreasDelleske Před 2 lety +3

      or maybe weld a beam across the shovels of the excavators so too big boulders can't be caught.
      Main problem also seems to be that one guy commands and another one operates the crane. Nothing good can come out of this. "Up up up".. do it yourself then!

    India style "Crush operation team" with Japanese way [Kobelco crusher] of report to their management when they need to write an incident report.
    This is not their fault [even with improper tools to solve the problem] of the delay in crush operation.
    Crush Operation manager and his team are "solving the problem" with the best "tools" they have.
    This problem is cause by the blast team, load operator and the dump truck driver, reason is:
    1.) Blast team should make sure all the blasted stone small enough to fit the crusher
    2.) Load operator(excavator/wheel loader) should "check and make sure" when loading material to dump truck no large stone loaded to dump truck
    3.) Dump truck driver should make sure all the material dump to the crusher will not cause the crusher block by any stone
    4.) This crusher we are plan to use more than 100 years, so we make sure the tools that we use to solve the problem will no cause any damage to the crusher.
    Conclusion : This problem is cause by others, and they created so much of problem and delay to the crush operation and to our company".
