  • This 15min workout focuses on the upper body only, designed for beginner/intermediate level fitness. You will benefit from a dynamic and sculptural upper body workout, engaging shoulders, biceps, triceps, upper back and core stabilising muscles. Grab some toning balls (1kg) for hand weights, or literally anything you have to hand including bottles of water or cans of soup!
    You'll follow along for a simple but seriously effective workout with light weights. But don't be fooled, 15mins constant movement with even light weights targets deep muscles and will tone. Look for my lower body workout video and whole body formats too. Enjoy!
