My manual slice didn’t work fam is it because I’m on the mikro I seen manual slice and tried to take the sample to each pad but nothing happens
It should work ! The controls might be slightly different like a modification key or something

Can you show a step by step process how these steps can be done on a maschine mikro?
Sorry, I do not have access to a Maschine micro. The steps should be similar. Basically you should be using the manual slice feature in Maschine.

How do you know the tempo ??? i mean how did you know it s 89 bpm?
Thats a good question. Since this tutorial focusing on manual slice i did not explain how to find tempo. As i sample, i'm counting the the bars so i know the length of the sample. From there, i am able to truncate the sample which Maschine will Calculate the sample once you go under the time stretching in Maschine .
