Coat the fillets in yellow mustard, dip them in flour with whatever spices you like, drop them in the fryer @350 and when they float, they are done.

@@robmangeri777 only if you were raised in a swamp would you even eat a piece of worm riddled filth like crappie look at the name CRAP cmon dude get out of that swamp you don't even need bug spray on the ocean and compared to the bitter taste of fresh water fish that nobody eats salt water fish is sweet no Bacteria in it like the swamps my god man they invented catch and release for crappies. Don't eat it dude.
