A little salt and corn meal and a hot pan of peanut oil is all I need. Those crappie don't need much, they taste great on their own.

No grill/smoker here. I live in an apartment. I put mine in the oven and OMG! You should slap some mayo on there too!
One of the lakes I fish here in Georgia it’s on the Alabama Georgia line called West Point Lake me and my granddaddy found a secret spot there years back we bass fish in the morning troll during the day and there’s a special place we night fish overnight to the next morning and every time we go we bring back anywhere from about 45 to 90 Nice sized crappy and we fill the freezer up baby
