Fun fact, that you'll probably miss, there's an episode later on where you can see Trevor still flying by, screaming, for a split second, after the judge shot him into oblivion
I always assumed that the Judge's insane arm movements were to illustrate that Michael's shenanigans have managed to push an eternal being of impartial wisdom *past her breaking point* - like, he's created a situation so unique, so frustrating, and maddening than even *she* is ready to snap.
There's so much depth in your reactions that you can't find anywhere else on CZcams. It's crazy how well you just know exactly where the show is going at all times, you're predicting the show's plot points and ethical dilemmas seasons in advance that I NEVER could have guessed on my first viewing. Can't wait for you to get to season 4 ;)

This episode is one I rarely revisit, but it's just so much fun, isn't it?? The Dick Tracy joke is so fun and silly, and when Jeff tosses Michael the key, ugh, so good. I love reliving this show with you!

I expected you to notice the manifest destiny joke... most reactors seem to miss it. Didn't expect the England left Europe joke to be so painful. Michael is meddling with powers he doesn't understand ..

Another really fun episode and excellent reaction. Love how terrible Trevor and the American restaurant are. Also love the joke about Janet's power working like a printer. Lastly, sorry about England leaving Europe...that would hurt!
This show is wild with the pacing. They love to set up an expectation of pace and then knock it down. They do it so often I have to think it's an intentional ethos of the show. Specifically I'm thinking about things like no one expects Eleanor to confess so early season 1. Or how the first reboot takes a full episode but then the very next episode goes through hundreds of them. Or this episode "just give me three months" only to have Janet and Michael go back to Earth on the run.
Is there a schedule to reactions or is it random? Like is Buffy every other week or 3rd after Saul and the good place? Just wondering. 👍
I rotate them one after the other with Saul on Sundays. This means Saul usually gets 'skipped' to accommodate the Sunday rule, then I sometimes put variety content between them. It's less a schedule and more a pattern 😅 I've done 3 variety videos in a row so my regular shows took a bit of a hit the there.

Simone's inclusion in this season breaks my heart. She IS great, and she's great for Chidi... But so is Eleanor. Why did they give us a love triangle with so many likable actors?
