    Just spent 2 days changing vgt to a vgt 67/67 and it was exhausting, I can’t imagine doing this constantly on your level.

    Nice work brotha, when making a down pipe or manifold I try to avoid adding a small pipe pcs it helps avoid cracking from less welds🤙🏽

    Next time you weld that sheet metal just tack it and move around letting it cool it will help it not warp as bad. Turbos look awesome!

    josh, good tip on bolting the flange to whatever your welding it to to mitigate warpage, also welding in short spurts and allowing the piece to cool in between spurts helps and if you can utilize aluminum for chilling blocks as best you can, it sucks the heat outta steel

    Fuel only guess is gonna be 1556. Thanks for sharing the process of going about it. The waste gate dumping into the hot pipe is a slick idea to save another pipe coming out the hood or fenderwell. That turbo collection is awesome! Really like the paint booth too.

    What size pipe would you recommend to build a hot pipe for a 475 over a he341 or a 475 over a 64/68/14 s300 for a early 04 common rail?

    S467 s488 similar setup but with another gate off of hot pipe to downpipe

    @Horsetorques Diesel, what’re the two stainless lines for on your valve cover? I’ve seen those valve covers before with the built in baffle but never with additional hoses.

    Where do you get your fab parts from. Pipe flanges 90* elbows ? You might have mentioned but I forgot to listen. Wife says I’m good at that lol.

    I'd say 1500 bud, I'm optimistic, with bigger sticks thats enough air for 1800. That's block cracking territory though. That setup would be dick nastee on the 05 though.

    Your air filter should be in a box sucking cold dense air from outside the engine bay for more power

      It is, we do this for a living 😂
      The air filter is pulling from the grill and the factory fender duct.

    Just stay away from the go juice so your block may live! I would hate to see another one cracked. Why not throw the DDP from the enforcer motor in there?

    Some tig advice. You either need to turn heat way down or move way faster. It looks burnt

      @@horsetorquesdiesel typically you want around 1amp per .01" thickness. i typically weld at 55ish amps for 16gauge stainless with full penetration.

    how do you determine the waste gate setting? obviously you are trying to get max boost but where do you stop the second turbo?

      on the big gt55, i havent had any issues with just spring pressure in the lower 2,000hp range.
