jeep wrangler C1252 and C0021

it may sound like i just replace parts until i find the problem 😅, not the case here. just been in a rush to make it happen as the costumer couldnt go without a vehicle.
so.... did a smoke test, live data, test drove the vehicle multiple times and never once heard the vacuum pump kick on and thats where i started.
couldnt find anything online or any tsb's on alldata so i moved to step by step diagnosing process presented by alldata.
any dealership can get this booster for over $300
but some oreilys will carry it under part number
#54-77213.
everywhere in my town said out of stock for this booster at the part stores so went the dealer way

So I have those same codes and traction control light comes on after driving more than 1 mile at 55mph or faster.
I have changed vacuum pump, brake booster, hose from brake booster and o-ring between master cylinder and brake booster. No resolve. Ideas?

I have the vacuum pump hose and vacuum check valve/sensor coming.
Only codes I've ever had were c1252 c0021
