Film Disription: In a mysterious universe, the Green Lantern Corps, an elite defense force of peace and justice have existed for centuries. Reckless test pilot Hal Jordan acquires superhuman powers when he is chosen by the Ring, the willpower-fed source of power. RR is a WAY better Deadpool. But I still liked the movie (GL). It would be cool if RR was actually part of both universes, though. GL is much more powerful that this movie makes him seem.

Is it seriously just me who thinks the energy suit looks absolutely amazing (apart from mask)?
I mean, it also makes more sense than a cloth/spandex suit, considering the concept.

I thought the CGI Suit made sense because it's a construct from the ring, I do think they should've made a practical suit and put CGI over it the same way they did the prosthetics for Vision in Age of Ultron, a mix of Practical and CGI.
@@CAPEDCRUSADER3900 I agree, if they had a physical version of the suit it could’ve helped out a little bit with the appearance, and hell they could’ve designed a domino mask and just cgi his eyes white in post to make it look more comic accurate

I was a little boy when this movie came out and it blew my mind and to this day I still think it's a good movie .

Harsh Lad You too? I mean, this is my first time watching this particular video, but I looked it up for the same reason.
1- It's sad that I can honestly say the actor with less than ten minutes of screen time could make a better Green Lantern movie than the director. (Campbell's made great movies, don't get me wrong, but he was totally out of his element with this one)
2- Now that I know it's Waititi, I'm picking up on moments where his NZ accent slips out.
3- Considering Waititi appeared in Ragnarok as Korg, he's technically on the list of actors who have appeared in both a DC and a Marvel comics movie.

I used Stan lee because when he was here he was the overseer of the MCU, they could’ve made him have a legit role in a film even a tiny role, but he just gets a one scene cameo and was known for that. I hope there will be another Green Lantern movie sooner or later. It would be cool to see the Justice League and Green Lantern at the same time! Also, this film wasn't really bad. I mean, I'm not an original fan of the comic book, but I still found it entertaining. Actually, I feel a bit divided here... Now that I think about it, the Green Lantern movie wasn't that different from Thor or Hulk (2008). I guess, it was just the standard for a super hero movie at the time. Now instead we got used to higher standards because of Marvel's revolution. Lastly, I came here after seeing Zack Snyder's Justice League (I never watched the 2017 version entirely). That movie rocked! I'm curious about the future of DC movies, but they don't really seem thouroughly organized to create a universe.
