he appears to be. it's apparently a stock bike, but stock it has not autblipper, only qs for up. it does have a slipper clutch tho... but i've never tried just stamping down through gears no clutch with one

Maybe it has an ecu flash? It has a quickshifter stock, maybe they had it tuned and they added a blipper
