I don't know how or why but this definitely worked. Router was broadcasting at 30MBPS, did this troubleshoot and now I'm up to 102 MBPS. Thank you!

Wow that's really good speed 102 Mbps and you're welcome, routers and ethernet wires are getting soo sceptical these days, that even the network companies are not giving an answer for it, so for now this a solution I found but don't do it too often as that sudden electric charge of going on and off will result in damage of the router

There might be a cut in the wire somewhere or that connector must be damaged. I think you should ask your internet provider to check the wire as even I did the same and found a cut in my wire later due to heavy rains and wind blowing

Followed directions step by step and the result: my 63 mps went down to 33 mps. So this was not a fix for my router...

It must be an issue from your network providers side, because the speed of the internet has dropped a lot during the lockdown
