"The true beauty of this video lies in the deep, sentimental concepts that are woven through it. It encapsulates the mystique of life itself, whilst acknowledging how we, humans can't help but hold memories in our hearts and our minds. The significance of butterflies represents growth and the unquestionable struggle that is faced before we can fly, while the shadows paint an image of the thoughts or 'intruders' that can restrain us. The aesthetic of the video shines through it's earthy, handmade feel which is something that we aimed for aside from the concept. Limitations of this time heightened the collaborative effort between ourselves, the camera woman (Alice LA) and the editors (Je Suis Le Cat Productions) to produce this intriguingly beautiful visual for 'Intangible' that not only is extremely personal to me, but is also relatable on a universal level."
