"It was a scorching hot Glastonbury in 2019 when I heard this song for the first time. We had arrived a few days before our performance on the Acoustic Stage, so were blessed with the time to explore the vast musical jungle that is Glastonbury Festival. One of the guys in my band had shown his desire through curiosity to go and check out Sharon Van Etten at the John Peel Stage. None of us had ever heard of her before. She came out on stage possessing the most amazing presence which contained this vigorous ethereal vulnerability that was literally breathtaking. The show started and I was instantly hooked!
It's early days for me in bass and drums, but I wanted to play everything on this...or give it a go at least! Things that you end up creating in the Covid-19 lockdown eh? And yes! That does mean that I am in quarantine in my home that is Tree Song Studios, Ireland. No better place for it!"

If ever there was a song created for the perfect voice this is it.
I has never heard this song before but blown away when it came up on spotify. My initial thought was that the sonics on it sounds like something John Frusciante or Dot Hacker had worked on. Sounds brilliant and really suits your voice. The vocal treatment with the guitar pedal is so visceral

Wow, just WOW! The beauty of a good cover is taking the original material and elevating or changing it to something recognisable but obviously superior. This is my favourite track on Sharon Van Etten's Remind me Tomorrow, and yet your interpretation is outstanding. This is up there with the Red Hot Chilli Peppers' Higher Ground and Bryan Ferry's Jealous Guy in the "Greatest Ever Covers in the History of the World According to Me" category.
I found this as I've made it my furloughed life's work to track down every cover of SVE's Seventeen and give it a thumbs up and a thank you, but fortunately CZcams algorithms led me to this wonderful piece of work. Thumbs up done in the first thirty seconds, thank you!

These lungs are on a par with Beth Hart 'Am I The One' Live At Paradiso, different but equally as explosive and full of nuance with that vibrato.
