    Good Day po. Insert po yung Oat Meal, maganda po ba na ipalit ang oat meal sa rice? At safe ba na araw araw or every meal yaan ang e te take which is ang oat meal.

    I wonder if those new type of rice cookers that claim to remove some of the starch while cooking the rice actually work. And do they lower the carb levels in the process.

      Try nyo po Mekeni Rice. 1 cup Mekeni Rice is 17 glycemic index. Madami po sa Pampanga ng rice nato.
