this was the last one i needed for sniper assassin x17, thank you so much! very easy method but i had trouble luring vidal the first time, she kept sending the guard who never actually came over to where the coin was thrown, I think it was only a glitch. to anyone else that might be having that problem, loading a save fixed it for me.
This was the challenge that got me to Mastery level 20. Thank you so much!

Helpful tip! You can get sniper assassin by getting the targets in a different run by using the sniper starting location and getting a headshot on every target! You won’t have to carry around a brief case and it might help if you’re struggling.
I did this, and I noticed something that the internet hasn't noticed yet. Once you kill either of the targets, someone starts shooting at you from what seems like across the map, and leaving bullet holes right next to you, even if you're behind cover. Then a group of guards run towards the sniper spot and search the top. According to the HUD, nobody sees you, but you're being shot at so somebody sees you

@@jankington216 I’m almost certain this has been a thing since the first game. Every time I would kill Caruso from the church tower in Sapienza, the guards would start shooting at the tower and eventually run to where the shot came from to investigate. Like they were able to tell where the shot came from but didn’t actually spot the player. Pretty cool detail.

I followed you tutorial as always with one diviation: i took the coins not the tool - the garden gate you need to unlock to get to the villa you can let open by a guard you attrackt with either that suitcase as you ascend the stairs or a coin :) just throw that coin near that brick you can pick up, hide in that grass next to the wall (take out your sniper gun to kill some time) and slip past that guard as he opened that door - oh and for those who keep struggeling with that kalmer shots - why not enter that room from the other sided balcony? thats very easy you can toss a coin or whatever into the room after opening the doors to the victim no 1 balcony and pacify the woman than pacify the sitting target, drag him into the room shoot him and hide him (the 2 guards on the stairs can in 1 of 10 attempts hear either the coin distraction too - double attraction i call it) but that wont happen often - the rest is as Mr. Freeze finally executed so thx for that guide i gladly took as a suggestion as always to find my own "way in the style of MrFreeze2244".

every time i tried to get tamaras attention with the coin even when her guard wasnt close to her at all. she would tell random citizen npcs to go get the coin. i was so confused. im not sure if my game was glitched or not. i always try to get these challenges without watching youtube videos but i just didnt understand this.

My problem is that the 2nd guard that needs to be subdued always sees the body of the 1st as soon as I'm able to subdue him even through the plantation coverage.
Thanks for the great guide ! Just finished it more or less this way. Some bugs or timing things i had on PC though were : 1. Tranq Gun not hitting or hitting the Don due to lag !? 2. Guard coming up right after sniping the Don (hiding the body helped - discovery of dons wife didn't mess SA - couldn't hide both in time) 3. third guard in bar area messing SA without any noticable witness !? 4. suitcase dissapearing after 3rd body guard takedown 5. killing Tamara with silenced sniper after knockout sometimes messes up SA.
Actually, pacifying someone with the kalmer doesnt ruin SA since the kalmer is considered a sedative poison so poison knockouts doesnt ruin SA.

Is there a specific challenge regarding master mode? Can this be done on other difficulties?
Thanks to you I have all locations on Mastery 20. Sadly some trophys didn't pop for me... E.g. The mendoza lvl 20 Mastery trophy or all Locations trophy.
Really disappointing... I hope they will pop up later some time when they fixed the server.
Hi Freeze, absolutely love your videos - been carrying me through 3 games now when I can't figure some of these out for myself. I love the idea of sniper assassin but, and this is not a criticism of you - your work is great, it is so sad that sniper assassin play throughs are so rarely... Snipery? I know it isn't your usual style, but I think it would be a cool video if you did more of like a definitive edition style video demonstrating how to do sniper assassin in like a long range down the gun sights way? Anyway, thank you for the mass amount of videos, I am sure I'll need to watch most of them eventually!
Sniper assassin can only be done in a "snipery way" if you don't also want to do silent assassin at the same time. Then it's pretty easy to take snipe shots from a long distance. However if you try to bundle it with silent assassin and suit only, it's necessary to go up-close in order to hide the bodies or make sure no one else is around for the silent assassin rating.
For sure it's more efficient to do them all three at the same time at master difficulty so to complete the challenges in just one run, but if you don't care about doing them all together it's actually easy to complete the game with just sniper assassin rating.
@@maxolina There are moments to snipe targets from long distance and their bodies will be hid automatically from falling into water, bushes, etc. This is way more impressive and entertaining to watch imo. I get why Freeze does it this way for the most consistent SA/SO/sniper assassin. But you can still do it the “snipery way” and still get silent assassin 👍
Doing 2 in 1 is more efficient than doing it separately. Which is why I do it

They didn't find the first body for me, but you may as well hide it to sync up time. I had to wait around for it to sync up.
Thanks for the guide, I really finished Hitman with you. here is another way that came to my mind: smuggle Sieker 1 into Villa Attic, poison Vidal, and kill her in a bathroom. (Also, if it; 's hard to aim her, we can always use the emetic frag or the mine in the briefcase)

Almost all the Hitman 3 missions can be done Silent Assassin Suit Only with a Sniper Rifle!
All except Carpathian mountains and that's only because you can't bring a Sniper

Getting through those guards at the start of the mission is really inconsistent. I took the long way and went around the other entrance. It's better that way and guards won't see you immediately.
Hello, Mr Freeze. I was wondering if you know how to unlock Kalmer 1 in Hitman 3? I looked all possible walkthrough; even yours, but I don't know if they changed things in Hitman 3 from Hitman 2. I completed all Mission Stories, making sure the feats are ticked, but still nothing.

Any silent one will do if you don’t have carryover or the mastery level 20 chongqing sniper is amazing but if you don’t have a silent sniper yet don’t even try till you get one

Managed to follow it on professional by save scumming every step, but on master...no thanks. Trying to hit anything at range with the tranq gun is painful

@@kirkwhite3399 If you wait they will leave the balcony and head downstairs, then a few minutes later they will come back upstairs separately. You can easily choke out and hide Valentina and then snipe Don while he’s alone in the room. You won’t need the Kalmer at all.
Tamara always calls her guard over when I throw the coin. I’ve tried about 50 times :(

First one I have had issues with, I'm not getting any awareness on the map but when I go to complete the mission it isn't passing as silent assassin even after retrying? Very odd?
This map is buggy as hell, I'm not even suprised. I've had so many nonsensical things happen during figuring out shit on this map. No problems on any other map

for saso only I discovered that you can just bring a tranquilizer, somehow the algorithm doesn't rule don yates seeing his unconscious wife while you reloading as body found
It's weird that in master mode they hear footsteps but how would they know that it was an intruders footsteps rather than any other person's

It's because it's combined with Silent Assassin, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered
what does this green sign with the skulls mean on the right of your map?
It means you're on track for silent assassin. The skulls indicate the difficulty level. 1 for casual, 2 for pro and 3 for master

Is there any other way to reach Yates? 90% of the times, i’m spotted by the 2 guards at the entrance, even if i crouch run, and then when i’m on the roof, Yates is always in front of his wife, so i can’t use the Kalmer...

It's easier doing it separately. But less convenient. I have an SASO guide up already, playlist in the description. As for sniper. You can start at the snipers nest, you can wear any disguise and take them out. As long as you're not spotted taking the shots it doesn't even matter if their bodies are found

I did the kill on Tamara on the bushes near the tango and some guy from downstairs heard the sniper shot wtf! I had to knock him down very precisely before he discovered the bodies and there were also 2 bodyguards very close! lol I guess I did it the hard way
How do you get that extra loadout slot?
It's part if the briefcase - he equipped the briefcase, and the extra inventory slot is just for him to put something in it

bro im so confused what happened. i subdued tamara like in the video, but i lost silent assassin but i didnt get hunted or compromised and so i thought maybe tamara had seen me and it would be fine cuz i shoot her. after i shot her, i still had red guns, did diana see me and that ruined it or what?? like wtf happened lmfao

Hitman 3 does not have any challenges that are tied to difficulties. So I'm basically just playing the game on Casual
This is so annoying. Found it super hard to get the timing right so I ended up having to crawl up the ladder into the loft and going back down into the bedroom and creating a distraction and stashing Yates' wife in a cupboard and then sniping him. I completed the rest of the mission and when it came to exfiltrating with Diana, it wouldn't let me cos I was wearing the Flamingo costume! Literally never not been able to complete at a SASO on H2 or H3 because of this. This is super annoying because killing Yates took me ages!!

Just a warning, you can't do the diana exit if you have the clown suit on, it says you're "innappropriately dressed"
I think you can’t exit with thematic suits. I will just use the midnight suit in this mission.
if anything the only thing im disappointed with about this video is that they removed the bug where you tango with the briefcase :( other than that god bless still works perfectly

You know I wanna 100% these hitman games and I get so close too, but there's always that one achievement where you guys get #1 in the world for a leaderboard and I see youtubers like the and I'm like "yeah that's not happening"
You can get that achievement by getting number 1 on a custom created contract, which is much easier to do

Why is it I follow every step of your videos and the simplest things always go wrong? I can't even get past the guards at the beginning doing exactly as you do, instantly losing my SA rating.

Don't get caught. Works for me every time. Watch the guards heads, stick to the left and don't approach them head on

IO really dropped the ball on this game. They released it too early without beta testing so they can go work on their 007 game (not to mention no new destination DLC). I've tried this mission like 30 times already. Whenever I tranq the wife (or husband), they fall "into" the table and suddenly die and now I gotta sit through another 10 second loading screen. Restarted the level from scratch and same problem. There's so many damn bugs with this game. On Closing Statement opportunity when the Don accused Diana of being a traitor, she stood up and froze. Not to mention, I have connection issues with the server like every other time I play and get kicked off (IN A SINGLE PLAYER GAME). What the fuck?
