yes Niesha, climbing stairs is a very demanding cardio vascular activity. as a long distance cyclist, (at least 60 miles per ride) we used stair climbing as an off season exercise to maintain and develop our cardio strength. Good for you to pursue your adventure. It’s great that you put yourself in a position to do that. The dress you wore during your activities were gorgeous. I, as a consistent viewer and subscriber, have now moved to the point that I would consider going to Bali because of you. You have brought a far off land to life for us. Thank you for your resilience regarding your dissenters. You Do You and Keep the Adventurer Going for Your Followers.
