A real shame. Cadillac abandoning their traditional and faithful drivers. This car floats. CT6, CT5, CT4 all have severely stiffer suspensions. Also XTS depreciates wildly. You can buy a used 2019 for under 30.

I have a 2019 Cadillac XTS Luxury and Lindsey Cadillac have never given me a loaner car after getting service 4 times. My car has been serviced for transmission problems, 3 times, oil problems and my vehicle is always held up for 10 or more days. Most problems recur with-in a year on my car.
Thank you for the video. Can the default position of the sideview mirrors be changed when you turn off and exit the vehicle..?
I have a question regarding the sideview mirrors for this particular year / model. Is there a feature that automatically folds / unfolds them when entering and exiting the vehicle..?

My car
Don't depend on a loaner, they don't distribute them. I have a 2019 XTS Luxury. transmission, oil and other problems. It's still under warranty but every time I take it to the shop, it be there 10 or more days and then I'm back at the shop with- in a year for the same problems. Everytime I ask for a loner, there's always an excuse.

Beautiful car but too much electronic assists for me. Too may things to malfunction in the future.

*Cadillac should have made their basic safety system the Driver Awareness Package STANDARD on any XTS. To charge this much for a luxury vehicle and then ask me for another $1600 for safety features standard on a Genesis is outrageous. All that leather and wood won't help you like those safety features can, and it says a lot about how Cadillac feels towards their customers to charge them for features that may save their lives yet are standard on other cars. No thanks.* 🖕😠👎
