    can we link variable pay with % of responses of each manager? In my company we defined a target of responses and 5% of variable pay is based on that

    Einmal sagte mir eine meiner alter freund. Wenn du jemanden rekrutiren villst, ist wichtigt: dieser man, ein guter man sein.
    Warum fragte ich. - Weil anwortete er , ein guter man kann eine sehr guter specialist werden, aber eine sehr guter specialist kann nicht ein guter man werden.
    In dieser Zeit habe ich nicht verstanden, aber jetz oh ja verstehe ich sehr gut

    A disengaged employee couldnt care less about your BS surveys. If they are forced to do it the result is always going to be zero forever.
