  • Losing a valuable employee could just be a pity or even a tragedy. The problem seems to be clear. However, the way how companies deal with this topic really differs. Some do everything to protect themselves from missing loyalty. Some deal with voluntary turnover in an open way and mainly see a chance in it.

Thank you for all the videos! The whole series was both very informative and entertaining. A great pleasure to learn from somebody who loves his work! I'll be on the lookout for the continuation @One small note. On the playlist #31 is missing and #37 is included two times. Thanks again!

I really like the impulses between theory x vs theory y. It helps understanding and critical thinking. It also develops out of the box thinking. Unfortunately, that's what I miss about my professors who explain the content in a "blunt" way, don't critically analyse it and don't mention the advantages and disadvantages. Thanks for your HRM Vidoes. Helps me a lot with a university project. I hope I can convince my professors to think differently, especially in the direction of theory Y. That people are more than just objects. Especially since the demand for work is higher than the supply of work. Thus theory Y becomes more and more important.
