I have had severe OCD, Anxiety, Depression and Stress diagnosed. Since I was 2 I have been medicated. You are an amazing person to look up too. Listen to your music has helped me to feel OK and normal.

I totally relate, the thing were you've gotta do certain things or something bad is going to happen, I do it all the time, at one stage it ruled my life, counting things, checking things, standing on one leg for a certain amount of time. Every time I take my wallet out of my pocket to pay for something I have to check that all my cards are there and in the right spot, I have to do it twice before I allow myself to put my wallet back in my pocket. Anxiety all my life. And then when I was 27 years old I had a major psychotic event, and I was diagnosed with schizophrenia. Once I had found the right antipsychotic medication I had then the insight to realise that I had schizophrenia all my life and my medication called solian really helped. Now I think I have post traumatic stress disorder from all the totally bizarre and quite frightening things that happened to me when the psychotic break came to ahead. I'm glad Stella that you spoke up about the anxiety and ocd stuff. It's a stressful thing for a lot of people. I love your music as well. 🙂👍

Aww i just got to knew just started becoming her fan and thissss shesss meee
i am a 16yr old student from india.i have bpd,severe adhd and ocd also i have selective mutism due to ptsd my life has bogged down i cant do anything "new" even when i do im really scared and choosy of it the contamination feeling the ocd rituals the intrusive thoughts the ptsd and im just a bored loner studyin at home all day or wasting time due to my severe mental health issues and i❤studyin but these are killing my studies ive just ended up with an inefficent
