    From 6:23 to 7:06 I learnt that New Zealand is no different to the Uk. This is nothing new. I did read that Auckland is the least safe city in Australasia due to our reports a couple months ago. Judging by the low population in your country I can imagine how bad it truly is. This is just sad 😢

    As a black man I’ve had black women ask me if I was gay because I would want to try anal and i tell them no I found out about Anal sex from a white chick in my early yrs and personally knew blk girls who enjoyed it but would hide it the way you choose to have sex as a straight man doesn’t make you gay unless you are having sex with a man or tranny now that’s gay but a women no because ofc two different genders & most importantly it’s about your sexuality.

    i look at it like this their are no full blooded Maori anymore, I wouldn't be surprised if there were no half blooded Maoris either. Im from a maori (dads side) and english (*mums side)Families and id say that aslong as you understand the meaning and respect it (obviously cause its on your skin) then sweet as and mokos these days arent just about iwi anymore ive gotten a moko to represent my english side. You can use moko to express almost anything so id say yes you can have one especially if it represents something meaningful to you. another example is writing a quote on yourself, why not get that quote in maori design.

    • @haiimcookie
      @haiimcookie Před 7 dny

      this is the interesting bit that transphobes choose to ignore . XY chromosomes do not determine someone's gender identity. the brain is a sexually dimorphic organ and undergoes specific changes before the body develops. in her case, the brain developed in such a way that made it so that she is more comfortble with being female then male. if you understand that concept, then what does make someone comfortable being either female or male? it's a difficult scientific question but the fact that dysphoria IS real provides significant evidence that this is something that happens. chromosomes do not determine gender identity. that's what is clear with this. then what does?

    Kia Ora Koutou 👋 I'm French and I've lived in NZ for almost 18 years now. I've got multiple Tā Moko on my body (chest, back, sleeve). I LOVE the Maori culture, and I'm proud to "represent" it by wearing it on my skin. I'm currently in the process of learning Te Reo Maori, via Te Wananga o Aotearoa. I love the old ways of the Maori culture and what they stood for (respect your elders, respect wahine and Tamariki). Unfortunately, I feel that these values have been lost overtime. I understand people who believe that Tā moko should be reserved to Maori only, but I also think that it is a shame, because this way of thinking, in my opinion, prevents the culture from thriving and becoming mainstream and accepted the way it should be ❤️ Just my 2 cents Ngā mihi nui

Goes to show deep trauma and desperation to be accepted into white western society. You don’t see as many Indians change their names in the west. It’s a tell.

    I left Invercargill and spent 7 years in London and surrounding areas...I came home to having a mortgage free, warm, well insulated house, ten minute drive to work with free parking close by...ten minute drive to a beautiful beach, 2 hours to Queenstown, less time to Te Anau...I recall being on a UK motorway and traving 8 miles in 5 hours through sheer volume of traffic, something I experienced during a recent road trip to Auckland...almost 3 hours from Papakura to the North Shore...if there's a gang problem here, its not overly visible...and certainly not as bad as other areas...As for the weather, my first British winter nearly sent me home...bitterly cold... Southland weather can be challenging, but July is the worst month. Take a look at recent events up north, flooding in Auckland on Anniversary day...total disaster, lives lost, property destroyed...then came Cyclone Gabrielle, huge damage everywhere...Southland gets wet, cold and occasionally really unpleasant, but there are upsides... People up north may criticise the South, but Im wondering if those affected by flooding etc in the Esk Valley were critical of the large group of Southland farmers who loaded a convoy of trucks with fencing gear and headed up there and got stuck in repairing farm fences...??
