Kobe Bryant greatest games: 2 amazing clutch threes vs Blazers (2004)

  • Kobe scores 37 in clutch performance.
Kobe refused to take a shot in the 1st half vs the Kings, responding to some critics which said he was taking too many shots. After that tough loss, someone inside the Lakers organisation or team, said "he didn't know if he could forgive him" and made that public. Two games remaining before the playoffs. 1st game: Kobe scores 45 in a win. Last game: a must win for L.A at Portland, an arena where Kobe has always loved to play. And that's what happened on this final game of the regular season, where Kobe put one of his greatest clutch performance.
Down by 3 with 8 sec to go, he drilled an impossible three over tough defense by the "Kobe stopper" to force OT. Then, trailing by 2 with one sec to play on the 2nd OT, Kobe made one of his most amazing shots of his career, a fadeway three while falling out of bounds at the buzzer to win the game -- and most important, to help his team clinching the pacific division title, silencing all of the critics.

KOBE owns the two greatest performances in NBA HISTORY. 1) The two 3's at Portland (Pressure, Clutch, Pressure, Where was Shaq???) and 2) The 81.... KOBE "THE GOAT" BRYANT... Most clutch player of All-Time. Just as gifted as Jordan with a wayyyy better shot... NUFF SAID.If he had Pippen on the perimeter to gaurd the best player he would've won 7 by now...

Kobe didn't do shit those years? Are you kidding me? At age of 21-22-23 during his 3peat with Shaq. Here are his stats. 2000 (21.1ppg, 4.5 rebs/4.5ast), 2001 (29.4ppg, 7.3 rebs, 6.1 ast), 2002 (26.6ppg, 5.8 reb, 4.6 ast).
Go ahead and check out his single stats from all those finals. Shaq wouldn't have won without Kobe, and Kobe wouldn't have won without Shaq. Kobe isn't Michael. Kobe is Kobe, he came into a whole different situation than Michael did in his career, different paths.
