You are so right about the pain of breaking a pinkie toe!! I felt the pain in my soul reliving my experience when you said that. I broke mine in a creek after I slipped & jammed it in a boulder 🪨 under the water. We were on a nice family hike so needless to say I had to finish the hike with a jacked up toe. Loooooooooongest day of my life!! Seems like it takes forever to heal, too.

I always have hard boiled eggs or deviled eggs in my fridge - great keto snack. And if you have boiled eggs ready and chilled, you can make egg salad any time!!
The tamarind is what gives pad thai its distinct flavour. I mix red curry paste with tamarind paste and bit of honey, and if you like a bit of fish sauce. It was a bit of a thing fiding tamarind paste (I buy it at a small family owned indonesian food shop), but it lasts a long time.
