Ron is a legend, i hope his channel takes off and we can see him back the shows. I miss him reporting on site. Also stan is a really good guy and hes great on these podcasts. I like how this is relatively professional, it somewhat reminds me of heavy muscle radio. I like that yall stick to bodybuilding mainly. I dislike fouads podcasts because its always something about their personal life and i dont really care about that. I am here to listen about bodybuilding

Stan impressed me with his biohacking list.. this just shows how much this sport means to him. If he wouldnt believe in himself he wouldnt even spend money and time on some modules he presented. I just hope he aint doing that but hole sunlight exposure lol...
