Samson and milos will hopefully sort this out and atl east be civil in the future. Personally think they just came to the end of the road but samson should of at least of told him face to face.

It is crazy that Hadi didn't know if he could get a visa until the last moment, get on an 18-hour flight, make it to the UK the day before the show, and still look like that. His dedication and work ethic is admirable. Samson would broadcast himself crying on social media if he had to deal with all that headache and subsequent stress.

To be fair Samson did a show in Korea when u had to sit in quarantine in the hotel for 2 weeks straight. That was back when he did not even win shows like that. But yes he could most def suffer som more.

People are right! This is the best BB podcast. DJ is a great articulate host. Brutally honest no bull shit and everyone loves to hear Milos and Cormier talk about their love and passion for BB. Old school stories with experience guys. Great guests, last week Kamali and this week my favourite BB’r of al time, Flex! Keep going strong guys!

It’d be amazing to see Francis Benfatto on the podcast! I’m only 20 years old, but I’ve tried to do some research on some of the older(more amazing) physiques. Francis has got to be one of my absolute favorite physiques. I love his tilted crucifix pose from the 1987 Mr. Universe. Simply iconic!

I love this show and the hosts. Flex is my favourite regular guest.
Even though thru all his adversities he's come to know CHRIST. But he along with Eddie Robinson and Danny Padilla did a guest posing for lots of the local kids, which my friend who owned Golds Gym in New Bedford, Ma. And Flex was nothing but rude and extremely obnoxious .All he did was make insults as if he were royalty.
You are a true legend Master Milos. Respect!!!
DJ nailed it! Samson lost to an off Hadi!
Samson just flattened out for 2 weeks of prep, from his Ohio prep conditioning, so he can get harder and crisper. Hadi was conditioned hard and crisp for Ohio and going into UK, yes he only got his visa 24 hrs or so before the show, but he was still in top top condition from a full prep for Columbus and 2 weeks minus a day for the UK. It’s shows that Samson has growth and hardness to reach to push past. I think it’s just a matter of time that Samson will nail down his complete look.
Be careful with the kratom, I use to take it every day pre workout n it kept me away from opiates but the day I ran out I went thru full withdrawals. As long as u don’t take it everyday n don’t build a habit u should be ok. Kratom is a godsend for ppl with pain but don’t think if u take it everyday for a month u will b fine, if opiate withdrawal is a 10 at is worst I would say kratom is a 7 u will still feel like shit pls b careful.
Definitely, especially when Milos said he had some issues with painkillers in the past! I recommend avoiding the shit. I know all these guys pushing it mean well but they have experienced the hell it can cause.

In my opinion Flex’s triumphs over his health obstacles, and his ability to maintain such an uplifting attitude even after enduring so much, is one of the greatest achievements of any athlete. Flex is a true warrior, an embodiment of the spirit of bushido. Every time he’s on the show it raises the mood. What a great person.

You can absolutely, without a doubt, get addicted to kratom. It's amazing for people, and it has many uses, but it's misleading to say it's not addictive.

I can't beleive how Hadi looked great at the UK. Stress to get the visa the whole week, a long travel all the all day of thursday arrive at thursday late and the next day FRIDAY step on the stage and was better than a lot of guys who were at UK all the week. You can't imagine the time to take to the body to accommodate to an another country aftet a long journey. Bravo to Hadi and what he accomplished!

Idk, I didn't see Samson looking all that improved or showing anything better than he has shown before. Imo his better chance was thanks to Hadi not being crazy like he was the last show.
Samson needs to stay in good shape all year. Train smart and not crazy heavy so he can hit the muscles deep. Basically he needs more separation and striations everywhere.

Dennis is so underrated, he was robbed many times. So dense, thick and dry. He should have won more titles but it was a very competitive periode in BB history.
the Olympia has more price money but they also have more divisions. But overall, stil higher!

LATS SPREAD- Hadi has short arms and lots of mass in the area so he can open 100%. Samson has to fill more… he has longue arms and when he reach his arm pose limit the lats wont open more. Or he has to pratice his flexibility to rotate more his shoulders to the front.
