AAC BLOCK മെറ്റീരിയൽ ഉള്ളിൽ ഉള്ളതിനാൽ വീടിന്റെ അകത്തേക്ക് ചൂട് എടുക്കൽ വളരെ കുറവ് മാത്രമാണ്.. മാത്രമല്ല തീ പിടിച്ചാൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 2-3 മണിക്കൂർ വരെ ഫയർ റെസിസ്റ്റൻസ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും... കേരളത്തിലെ എല്ലാ കാലാവസ്ഥയിലും ഈ പ്രോഡക്റ്റ് അനുയോജ്യമാണ്.
Fiber cement board ആണ്.. ഉള്ളിൽ aac യും..സിമൻ്റ് വച്ച് തേച്ച പോലെ തന്നെ ഇത് നിൽക്കും. വെള്ളം വീണാൽ കേടാവില്ല.. പക്ഷേ water proof അല്ല..water resistance ഉള്ള പെയിൻ്റ് അടിച്ചാൽ മതി.
The ratio of vertical joint crack is very low in these panels compared to V board and AAC block. Generally PU sealant is the best option to prevent cracks.
ഇതിന്റെ പുറത്തുള്ള 2 കോട്ടിംഗ് fiber സിമന്റ്‌ ബോർഡ്‌ ആണ്.. ഉള്ളിൽ AAC BLOCK ന്റെ മെറ്റീരിയലും. ഒരിക്കലും മഴയും വെയിലിലും ഒരു മാറ്റവും ഇതിനു സംഭവിക്കില്ല.
