No AC Gives you copper pipe, Yes if they mentioned that, installation is free and this much length pipe will be included. For extra anyways you have to spend from ur pocket.

You should always buy heavy appliances like ac, tv, fridge offline only. I have bought one ac from flipkart, though my experience was good, but later i bought 2 acs offline, that was great experience. No such chaos. Even voltas has something like if u buy online they don’t give warranty after one year but if u buy offline they will.
