No trip to WDW is complete without a ride on the Monorail. You just know it's going my to be a fun day seeing the monorail gliding along the tracks. Fantastic vid 4K!

The monorail is always a pleasure, even though I haven’t taken the ride for several years. Always enjoy going through the Contemporary. Taking the complete ride is a joy in itself. At times just sitting down and looking out the wind is so relaxing. Thanks for this video

I love taking a day to resort hop when down at WDW. Started at Y&B Club and took Skyliner out of Epcot's back gate to the Coronado for breakfast, then onto the Arts and Animation then back to the Carribean Beach and over to Disney Studios where we caught a boat back to the Boardwalk, then bus to TTC and Resort monorail hopped the MK Resorts. Lot's of food and drink along the way ending with tropical cocktails at the Polynesian. Only wish we had a ticket for that day and we would have skipped the bus and taken the monorail from Epcot to the TTC.

yay! monorail! just another thing that makes a trip to disney more disney.
next stop: replace the buses with a better idea, and make parking magical, when you aren't staying on property.

I could use a ride on the monorail right now. (Back in hospital running tests, side effect of the meds).
Originally i thought, looks like a slow day at the entrance, then i saw the platforms.
NY schools have spring break next week, enjoy the crowds; you’ll have a couple of weeks after until the summer crowds start slamming the parks

@@rwbashaw66 back home. Just needed an adjustment on meds. Threw me out of wack pretty good.
@@CraigSiegel32 We don't realize that if our body changes just a tad, meds affect us so adversely. It is twice as bad with women because hormonal changes can throw the mls. off also. Hope these changes stick.

😎What an absolutely beautiful day to film. Maybe because there is an international crowd, but it's strange to hear the announcement🚭about no smoking. The "newish" Monorail sign was well deserved. I wonder if the inspections by the state affects if at all the number of cars on the line? Maybe it hasn't been enough time since the transition, but in the long term, it would be interesting to see the data. Thx for the ride🚝💜
We have had some beautiful days the past week, and it looks like it’ll continue for another week or so! You make a good point about the state inspections. So far I haven’t noticed a difference but maybe in a few months or so we’ll feel it. Hopefully not, cause I know MK and the surrounding resorts will be insanity without enough monorails lol. I have a new theory…the monorail was never meant to go through the Contemporary, someone built the hotel in the wrong spot
They are shutting down the Monorail for good because its too old, Ron Desantis says its too dangerousely too old so they will shut down the system for good, to get to the magical kingdom you either have to take the ferry or they'll driver you on the Parking lot tram.
Disneyland has a better looking monorail.
but there smaller and older.

Usually exciting in context of destination (well…not always…last ride was on the way back to my car from The Contemporary…stayed at The Poly…after a nice lunch at Steakhouse ‘71…but at least was in very good company for both lunch and the ride!!). I guess then…at least half the rides for most are not exciting (back to car) at the end of the day/visit. 🥺 Nice capture, 4K!! Sights and Sounds of such an iconic WDW experience!!

I haven’t heard anything at all unfortunately! It doesn’t seem like they’ll be replaced any time soon since Disney “refurbished” the monorails over the past couple of years. Looks like they want to do anything but get new ones lol
there probably going to replace the monorail system with the Loop system.
