All of these backdrops should have a weight/sandbag placed on the bag to prevent this

How do you keep it from tipping forward

On the solid boards you can hang a sandbag on the leg brace and on the hollow board use paint tins or similar

Why not use MDF?

MDF damages easier if it gets knocked and small screws hold better in plywood

Which plywood do you recommend?
Marine?
I used structural plywood but that was really rough.

@@kunwarnikhil1326 Standard/structural plywood which you can sand if it’s rough. Marine plywood is a lot more expensive and not necessary.
