The uncensored version of this interview is 🔥
The uncensored one is very informative and customer service worthy 😂
100 percent
I think the uncensored is fake. Voice ain’t the same 😂
The funniest thing ever😂
He said “uncensored” how comical 🤣
My highschool did this over the intercom to drive out the students at the end of the day. It really worked
Says a lot about our society. Opera music is now intolerable but that mechanized corporate manufactured drek that is called music today is not only tolerated but appreciated everywhere.
Im in that store every day. I was wondering why they were playing opera music all the time.
Now you know.
@@MrTtaakk shutup smartass
Howdy, neighbor.
I love opera and classical music! GIVING THAT 7 Eleven much business!
Same
There is a walgreens in Albuquerque nm that does this but it is very very loud. It reaches over half a mile to a Walmart parking lot, which surprisingly has seen a huge drop in panhandlers.
I’ve got the alternate interview where Mr Patel tells it like it is! 😂
That’s how we feel in North Seattle.

When I moved back to Austin recently, It was sad to find out a 7-11 that I used to frequently shop there was permanently closed! I wondered if it had the same fate as this one. Homeless has becoming an alarming issue in many major cities!
As someone who travels Texas frequently…… All cities have it, Austin is just on a whole other level ! I live in Dallas, and it’s not even comparable. Austin is the absolute worst !
And it has gotten worse since a bunch of brain dead libtards have started running Austin.
Support this 100%
2:42 "One owner in California told the Modest Bee..." 🤣 It's the Modesto Bee.
I love classical music
1:50 Her cognitive dissonance is breath-taking. Playing opera is obnoxious but badgering people for money and throwing used needles over the fence is perfect etiquette. Honestly, hearing her talk makes me less mad at the guy in SF that turned the hose on that homeless woman.
The people who live next to the 7-11 have their own rights and their own opinions, even if you don't like them for whatever reason. The homeless people are annoying and so is the music. Both can be true. Ok, I don't like solicitors constantly knocking on my door, so I'll play super loud death metal to keep them away, who cares if it annoys my neighbors. You're not allowed to disturb everyone around you just because you don't like someone else. I will say this: hats off that the store owner isn't being violent. The music is nice touch, but neighbors have a right to complain about him just like he has a right to complain about homeless people.
Useless eaters with opinions. Modern America. He should mount 50 cal emplacements on the roof. Korean style.
Hey man! What’s wrong with a few dozen dirty needles laying around and human waste on the street!? It’s not like it drives away business from hard working people! Let them be!
I say, he needs to turn down the music and offer FREE food and warm shelter for these people inside his store!
Why are you mad at a guy trying to give out a free shower?
This is why you don't vote Democrat. Js. All their cities look like this.
Love this guy. Most of the time, Austin police won't do anything about the homeless camping on people's properties even though it's illegal in Austin. The best option is to do it yourself. Don't listen to these people who obviously never dealt with them in their whole lives
Austin police cant really do anything about this. Since austin is pro homeless there’s so much you have to do in order to take homeless out. Adler and the city council pretty much brought the homeless to austin.
What about the WELL ORGANIZED MILITIA?
I didn't know that (neither do I know Austin, TX). That's part of the PD's job. We do it in Chicago (as much as I loathe CPD and the city itself). Yes, DIY or the problem persists.
Privileged POS
Ehhh I'd just give them what they want tho and provide for them also as well as my own family.
That's one smart man.🙏
To that “lady” complaining, maybe should of made better life choices to where you need to sleep outside.
While I have no issue with the dude you come off just as ignorant as the female druggie.
Your country is a 💩hole where every citizen is 1 paycheck or 1 major surgery away that insurance won’t cover from going into financial ruin. Just remember that 😂 here’s hoping you get some form of cancer in the near future that your insurance won’t cover, disgusting Amerilard
I think she lives in a nearby apt bldg
@@kfresne3011 thank u. I would have said something nic to her tho abt her position.
Maybe the state needs to do this under the highways where they sleep, too.
Maybe getting homeless to get into bushcrafting education programs would be the solution society needs if they can't or unwilling to work one or the other getting them productive survival skills to be independent of money or income would stop them from begging and cut theft down and they would be able to become migratory communities in rural natural parts outside the confines of society.
This works I’ve seen the 7/11 here in Pomona do this and now there’s no homeless people around 😂😂😂
This video never gets old !
It absolutely works. I've seen thus multiple times.
Same! :) 👋
I love opera this makes me want to visit this 7-11 for a Slurpee.
He should throw job applications at them
I'm a homeless composer so this would be the best place to pitch my tent.
Include the 1812 Overture with Cannons! Might throw in some Polka too!
As a homeless woman who enjoys opera singing and who sings opera, that would only encourage me to sing along.
Well played!
WHAT A GREAT MAN!!! EVERY PLACE SHOULD DO THIS
I feel like helping when ic homeless.
Where is the uncensored version?
The homeless situation is getting worse in the downtown area. Law enforcement and the city isnt doing much to relieve businesses and patrons from being harmed. So what you have to do to keep them away and from harming you
The 7/11 near my office in Fort Worth just installed speakers this week and started doing this. It does seem to be working 😊
they should try that at the boarder.
I like the music. But I guess if it’s loud and 24/7, it would get annoying.
It goes constantly and you can hear it from over a block away.
I love opera music and classic music but this is over redundant.
It beats other kinds of bad music.
So does the 7-11 on lancaster in Fort Worth
Opposite effect
May attracts higher tier clients
I love this
At least the homeless are getting a bit of free culture. Hope they play some Verdi and Rossini operas. I'd be happy to give them some suggestions if I lived in the neighborhood.
Austin is becoming the new mini cali
But Texas is red… I thought homelessness was only in blue states. Even though the poorest states in the US are red states.
But the poorest states have the least homelessness, while the states with the most homelessness are the richest, democtat run states
@@Itoshimiall Major cities are blue
It’s beats todays top hits
I love classical music. It's not playing classical music - it's rather playing any music really loud
It's funny that classical music used to be the thing to listen to a few hundred years ago and now it's used to scare people off
No, only certain types of people. I'm white, so I have a job and I like this music.
@@jeffw1267 what does being white and having a job have to do with being the last person on earth to listen to classical music
Cultured.
@@SoukaDeezNutz like kombucha
Super smart!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
That is clever... 😊 I enjoy classical and opera. I was in concert choir in high school for 2yrs. My mom use to fall asleep in the audience when we performed lol
Classical music helps me sleep
You're not playing the FUN kind of classical music for that, clearly.
@@MarkZickefoose
What do you consider to be "the FUN kind of classical music"?
@@michaelpalmieri7335 The loud and fast kind, mostly. Mars and Jupiter from The Planets, 1812 Overture, Pictures at an Exhibition, Short Ride in a Fast Machine, Symphonie Fantastique, Cuban Overture, stuff like that.
The relaxing stuff can be fun, too - especially to perform.
If it's the softer kind. The stuff I hate is the stuff the homeless hate. In addition to anything opera, play anything like Bach, Mozart, Brahms, Chopin...there's no limit.
they do that here in Los Angeles county. I was wondering why they were doing that.
I would go there just to hear the music.
ATTENTION: Austin homeless 90% of the time are voluntarily homeless. The homeless shelters do everything, feed, temporary housing, they even open a bank for you. Give you all you need. But these homeless are on the streets because of drugs, not the lack of jobs. Tens of thousands of jobs every few miles in austin.
This was done many years ago by the Mall of America to keep teenagers from hanging around outside the mall so it is nothing new. I doubt very seriously that this tactic would work in a European country because they are better educated and love classical music including opera. I have to admit even with my music degree, I have never been an opera fan. I am, however, quite impressed at how well trained and impressive some of the singers are.
Better educated? Lol How many years have you spent in Europe? They have as many trogs as America.
Ya the homeless in Europe are often very educated and attend the opera often. What the F are you talking about? Crazy thing is ppl have liked this post 23 times. I swear ppl have lost their minds.
Definitely the point of focus here...
Opera music ≠ Education
At first, your comment seemed like it was going somewhere until you said this 😂
lol
And it became so popular that now it's the only music you can hear in Austin...
They play opera at the 7-11 in North Ft Worth 35 and Meacham!
I live very close to here, found it funny and cool thst it got on the news
He should hire a live opera band.
Austin is the San Francisco of the South. 🤦🏾♂️
We have one of those too in SoCal
I would play slayer 🤘
That would be enough to get me out of there 😂😂😂
Tweaker crackheads LOVE the Slayer tho....
Yes I'd play dystopia. Or doom
The 7-Eleven in my city in California has done thag for years. AND IT HELPS!!!
Where is the actual real version of this?
Once the music has weeded out the riff-raff, they will be left with a higher class of homeless people.
👏👏👏👏👏👏
Love it
If they could learn to enjoy it it could change their life smart music makes smart people
Play gospel music
I love it!
Awesome
Police in Austin Texas And surrounding areas area not showing up... But benefits off of taxers payers money 💰🤔🤔🤔
whats happened is they let it get so out of hand its unfixable now
They do this in Jacksonville too
It doesn't say much about music appreciation but I give the guy points for thinking outside the box
Very rare if ever will hear upon typical question being can I have a dollar. Can i earn a dollar. They feel workers are given dollars, so they also should be given.
Play Slim Whitman singing "Indian Love Call".
Love Luciano at the intro…
Success is not built on success. It's built on failure, it's built on frustration, it's built on fear that you have to overcome. I pray that whoever reads this will succeed in life and find their happiness.
Where's the one where he's kicking off?
He doing the right thing
How sad. My old neighborhood.
This guy is one of US, he’s American!! ❤😂
I don't understand why someone who wants to ask people for money would care what type of music is playing outside the store. So what if they find it annoying? I find the music most stores play annoying. If that's all it takes to stop them, I guess they must not be that desperate 🤷🏼♂
They do this at 7-Eleven at San Antonio on San Pedro
The Pepsi Driver has his own beats headphones
Great idea !!!!!
CAME FOR THE UNCENSORED VERSION? WHERE? THIS AIN'T IT. 😢
I saw the parody version of this interview 😁
The news reporter though 😍😍
Anyone who complains is loudly announcing they are uncultured
Can't one learn to accept and love the music ? It's like a pop song. Annoying at first but it gets stuck in your head and you learn to love it.
24/7 opera that’s Oltorf for ya’ Opera is not annoying 😆 homelessness needs support for sure in multiple forms.
Exactly they needed help oc
“The Modest B” nice one lol
a train whistle , 130 DB . 1 second blasts at completely random times
Opera is beautiful so I'd be a happy homeless.
This reminds me when merchant ships deter Somali pirates by playing Britney Spears music out loud
So the tik tok was a spoof? 😂 It was so funny!
Is that jorndan knight patel from new kids on the block
There is an overdub version of this on TIKTOK that is 'tear crying' funny!!!
