Imagine trying to flirt with Elder Maxson to get on his good side, which could later then allow you to use that intimacy to your advantage to convince him to spare Danse; or how about Terrifying Presence when you're trying to talk that one courser into sparing the synth he's hunting down in Greenetech?
Best perk in the game. If you're playing as a lady with this perk, that extra ten percent damage goes a long way. You fight way more male human enemies than any other, especially if you're against the Legion, so the benefits stack up fast. I nearly always play as a femme-courier just for this perk.

You know shorten the straw This causes blood to flow not as easy and your heart rate to increase. This leads to all sorts of bad things as to compensate for a few stiff veins your overflowing with blood pumps. Some studies even linked it to the equivalent of dementia along with of course heart disease and Kidney damage Btw I am talking about sugar. :p
