Lived, traveled and worked in over 42 countries around the world...I have traveled to every part of this beautiful country...Met and talked with all kinds of people with different backgrounds...Here is the reality vs. fiction that the media will not discuss...Portugal has been plagued by corruption for a very long time...Many Portuguese left for places like Belgium, Canada, France, Switzerland, and the U.S. to name a few...This was before the age of Golden Visas and Tourism highs pre-scandemic...I hike all over the country...You want to know how many immigrants are working in construction, and on farms from fruit to wine, and do you want to know where they are coming from...Former Colonies, like Angola, India and etc. Who´s behind this...ummmmm Ole Joao...What are the wages in Portugal for normal Portuguese Citizens...Doctors, Firefighters, Police and etc. Now tell me the Salaries of those who have ran C.P. Combio and or TAP to name a few...The Government together with Big Business, Central Banks, and the Connected Classes have sold you out...They do not represent you, they represent the E.U. and ECB, period...Predatory behavior is the business model...Not only against their very own citizens, but the folks coming here to do the work that the Portuguese do not want to do...Nothing new in history...Just take a look at the U.S. Mexico border as I type this message...It´s not that the Portuguese are not educated enough, there are very good schools, here...They have a history of doing the same things over and over again, and expecting different results. This is called Insanity...Perhaps it comes from Nobel Prize winner António Egas Moniz, of frontal lobotomy fame, no?
