Great to have a face to put with the voice, by the way.
Well Thanks!

Thank you for all those goods tricks you give. Too bad that there is not somebody like you in Quebec... lol . (Quebec, Canada). I would gladly translate all of this info in french for the benefit of my fellow french speaker... Love ya!
You're so cute Larry! Thanks for all your great ideas!!
Thanks
I got an 1/8th" classifier and they work perfect for casting. Thanks
Great idea Larry! Love your enthusiasm too!
Thanks much!
Hey Larry, just popped by to see this video and for the first time I see YOU! So nice to put a face to a voice. Love the beard & the worm tea too!
Those screens are perfect. I am hoping you have a vid about them, gonna check.
I wish I had one of those screens keep up the good work
Thanks
Awesome, thanks for sharing this information.
Hey Larry. When are you going to do a video about that greenhouse behind you?
Hey Larry, I'm gonna be up your way for the weekend, I'll try and get hold of you. Dave
Great!
another awesome idea Larry thanks
Thanks much
no Sir thank you for your time.
You sir, are the bee's knees.
hey Larry, really enjoying watching and learning from your videos
Would you happen to have a link or some directions on where one can purchase a sifter like the one used in the video?
Would appreciate some info on it!
Cheers
Vap pipe on stand by!!
Larry, great video. What do you have in your garden for mulch? Is it sand? I see the plastic, but I also see something else in there. My biggest problem is with weeds. I can never find the time to pluck them all out. By the looks of it you seem to have that problem taken care of.
After setting up a worm bin, how often do you check the bin. How long does it take until the bin is ready for harvesting?
what do you do with the left over castings? can you spread them in the buckets or bags?
Larry Hall, I got my worm bucket started and wanted to ask you a question? I was wondering about combining your worm food recipe with some blended, baked sweet potato, apple peels, and banana??? Do you see a problem? Thanks.
What did you do with the worms casting in the screen? The ideal is great
Thanks for all the videos you have shared I have learned a lot
The castings were put on top my asparagus growing in the 20 gallon grow bags!
Great video Larry!
Why do you spray the tea on the plant/leaves? Why not give the tea to the roots? Do the plants actually absorb those nutrients via the leaves?
Johan1169 Yes much faster threw the leaves
Great video, and I love the idea of the big screen instead of cheese cloth. Where did you buy the screen from?
Amazon
Larry, how strong is the drill that you use?? I'm wondering about how much power the drill has to have also for beating up the peat moss? I am so thankful for your tip on the worm buckets. I was getting ready to invest in large containers to build bins so you saved me a lot of money....................I am so excited about starting my worm buckets. I need to order worms.
It will work with almost any drill
Great vid & please share where u bought the screens that fit on 5 gal bucket. TIA!

i read somewhere that worm casting dissolved !!! was this correct?
Hey Larry! I've enjoyed your videos on worms and worm castings ... I noticed you sprayed the worm tea on the leaves. Wouldn't worm tea be more beneficial for the roots and help bring those great nutrients into the plant by the roots? Are you using this for pest control? Just curious how you use the product and what it is good for, specifically. Thanks!
Stephen Mayer do both with it! I am showing how if you need an emergency application for a sick plant applying it to the leaves is faster but I also put worm castings on top all my potting mix!
the other videos ive seen people add molasses and use fish pumps on it for two days.
Notice the cape on his neck
Great ideal, but where did you purchase your screen

hank you . Larry what size mesh is the screen you are using
Great video. Love idea of mixing it up. Thank you for sharing. Do you add water to your spray bottle BEFORE putting in your worm tea concentrate? Or do you just make it so it looks like a 'weak tea' solution?
No the tea in the bottle is the same mixture I made!
Thank you, Larry.
I love the sifter that you have. Where did you get it?
Chuck
Here ya go! www.amazon.com/Sifting-Classifier-Screen-Sieve-Prospect/dp/B00FQPHSDG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1439122073&sr=8-1&keywords=Gold+pan+1%2F50
Thanks Larry!
Chuck
My pleasure!
+Fensterfarm Greenhouse I used a bucket strainer for biodiesel in the past, it was intended to strain used cooking oil for homemade fuel.
Larry, Where did you get the screen?

Larry, How often should you apply the worm tea to the foliage? By the way, great video. Also, for the folks that don't know, what are the benefits to worm tea for your plants?
www.amazon.com/Sifting-Classifier-Screen-Sieve-Prospect/dp/B0089EZNUG/ref=sr_1_3?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1435251977&sr=1-3&keywords=Gold+rush+sifting+1%2F50
I apply it 2 times a week for sick plants otherwise once a week! Benefits of worm tea are incredible it is like an antibiotic for plants! Stops and cures many plant diseases!
Why would you spray it on the leaves?
Because then it reacts faster!
I noticed a vapour around your neck, you quite smokin or not growing tobacco anymore?
After 50 years of smoking yup I quit! I still will raise tobacco because it is a fantastic barter item!
where can a person get one of those screens?
Jeff Streeter Amazon it's a gold screen
You can find them here: www.amazon.com/Sifting-Classifier-Panning-Screens-Various/dp/B018RMFARU/ref=pd_sbs_469_1?
any reason you are spraying the leaves?
Yes the plant takes it in faster!
Can u hook my dad and I up with red worms? I bought tobacco seeds off you a year ago, really had fun. We can drive by, we,re really trustworthy.
Vape
I love Larry, RIP, but I'm pretty sure this isn't a very good method. According to a lot of reliable sources, you make worm tea using dechlorinated water and molasses, and you let it steep for around 24 hours. The rationale is that worm castings are full of useful bacteria, and you want these to reproduce in your tea. You dechlorinate so the bacteria won't be killed. And you add molasses to give them something to eat. Most people use some type of pump -- like an aquarium bubbler -- to oxygenate the process. Don't know how necessary any of this is, and there are a lot of people who say compost teas are bunk no matter how you make them.
But you didnt add any additional bacteria, nothing multiplied.
Two things totally unrealated to the video. 1 I have never seen you in a video before. You are a handsome man. 2 Is that an e-cig around your neck? Did you quit smoking? If so, congratulations!
Yes after 50 years I said that enough and quit smoking! Thank you for the very nice compliment!
***** you are most welcome!
