    Thanks for the info. Fat loss is from everywhere including our face. But fat gain is targeted at our belly and bottom. This is so sad.

    My recommendation; 2 times fasting over a period of 2 months. After completely avoiding gluten and sugar, the first one 5 days, the second 6 days. If you want results.

    Can you please make a video about excess skin once weight loss is achieved? Is the only route surgical removal?

    You didn't dive into the details of "stubborn" fat like the distribution of alpha and beta receptors, stubborn fat has more alpha-2 receptors and less blood flow making it much more difficult to access those area compared to others with less alpha-2 receptors and better blood flow, those are the keys as to why it's so hard to lose in certain areas.
