@@donaldmorckel1684 deal didn't work out, but honestly I went in half cocked. I'll do it again soon. For now I'm learning about investments and sales 🤓👍 I post about it along with some other stuff on IG under the same name.
@@fanmad-hg4nf my first deal that was under LOI fell through a couple weeks ago :( did you try to raise equity at all or did you try to go the seller financing and commercial bank route?

How to profit from a refinance? Isn’t it just a bigger loan that I have to pay? So I do have to sell the company. Who do I ensure the company makes profit?
It is a bigger loan because the valuation your business just went up but as a percentage of the value of your business it is nothing
You refinance when your debt service/free cashflow rate is high (more than 2x) and take it to pay yourself and board members
You do the same after you do a deal and get a working capital loan but you also pay the lawyers and accountants with it if this is your first or second deal (you made them agree to rolled fees)
